• Depression is often confused with sadness. It's far more intense than being in a low or fowl mood. It weakens you, creates a blockage. You stop doing things that you once enjoy doing. Insomania, binge eating or less intake of food are also often there. If you know anyone that has indicated any of the above symptoms, try to get them professional help.
    Addressing such matters seriously is dire need of the hour. Don't try to swat such symptoms away like a fly. They don't miraculously disappear. Only a person who has dealt with this first hand or knows someone dealing with it, can understand why proper support and help go a long way into coping with depression.
